July 16, 2016 | Wedding & Reception: 200 Peachtree
Ten years after meeting and casually dating Nikeisha, Clifford knew he didn’t want to let this one go. So with banana bread pudding in one hand and a ring in the other, he popped the question at Easter brunch, giving Nikeisha the sweetest treat she could ever want.
Party-planner-extraordinaire Christopher Confero designed an evening of true opulence for the newlyweds and their guests. Between the five-tiered For Goodness Cakes strawberry Champagne-filled cake to the abundance of florals and candlelight, the night radiated elegance. The bride and her new hubby kicked their heels up with friends and family to the tunes of DJ Smoove before they fled for the ultimately romantic honeymoon.
WHAT THEY LEARNED
“This is the one time that you as a couple will have this amount of people gathered for the two of you all in one place, for a positive occasion. Make it count! Live in the moment and take in all of the love and support,” says Nikeisha.
Clifford whisked his blushing bride to a two-story bungalow with sunrise and sunset views in the Maldives.
